Abstract

Em sua página dominical de quatro de novembro do ano passado, o jornalista Élio Gaspari posicionou-se a favor de proprietários de drogarias de Rondônia que, na Justiça, questionavam a obrigatoriedade legal da responsabilidade técnica para esse tipo de estabelecimento. Admitiu ser desnecessária a presença do farmacêutico sob o argumento de que drogarias não manipulavam fórmulas farmacêuticas. A exigência em suas palavras, está “a serviço de sinecuras corporativistas”.
