Abstract
Medicamentos podem modificar os resultados de análises clínicas, seja pela interferência com p método analítico ou pela mudança de uma variável biológica. Neste caso, os efeitos biológicos primários refletem a ação terapêutica do medicamento sobre o estado patológico. Já os efeitos biológicos secundários, que correspondem às demais ações do fármaco no organismo, podem causar alterações inesperadas nos parâmetros bioquímicos.Downloads
