INTERAÇÕES MEDICAMENTOSAS
Abstract
As interações medicamentosas resultam do uso concomitante de dois ou mais medicamentos, ou de um medicamento contendo vários fármacos. A prescrição de vários medicamentos, quando efetuada de forma cega e aleatória, é chamada terapêutica de tiro de espingarda que usa vários chumbos, na tentativa de, com pelo menos, um acertar o alvo. Contudo, a polifarmácia, quando bem programada, constitui a chamada terapêutica personalizada, sob medida de acordo com a necessidade de cada paciente.
