Abstract
Este presente estudo de cunho monográfico e bibliográfico tem o objetivo de analisar o Significado Clínico do Teste de Antiglobulina Direto na Rotina Pré‑Transfusional. O teste de antiglobulina direto (TAD) também é chamadode teste de Coombs direto. Consta da pesquisa de anticorpos (auto‑anticorpos) ou fração do complemento, adsorvidos nas hemácias do paciente “in vivo”.Downloads
