LEVEL OF MOMENTARY SATISFACTION OF THE ACADEMIC COMMUNITY OF THE FACULTY OF PHARMACY OF THE FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF PARÁ, BRAZIL

The Faculty of Pharmacy of the Institute of Health Sciences of the Federal University of Pará is 116 years old. It is dedicated to the training of pharmaceutical professionals and the pursuit of academic excellence. It makes efforts to keep its pedagogical project up to date, transforming so that its applicability provides improvements for the teaching‑research‑extension triad. This work aimed to investigate the level of momentary satisfaction of the academic community concerning the political‑institutional‑pedagogical project, infrastructure, work organization, and work process related to the Faculty of Pharmacy. This work is an exploratory, descriptive investigation, with a timeline selection from February to May 2016. A sample consisting of students, faculty, and administrative technicians was used. Multiple response questionnaires were applied for data collection. The results are shown concerning the following dimensions: Institutional Policy (Teaching, Research, and Extension); Management (Pedagogical Direction and Coordination); Course Operationalization; Infrastructure; Faculty; Administrative Technicians; Course Pedagogical Project: Curriculum Components, Skills, and Competences; Interpersonal Relationships. We concluded that the academic community was satisfied with the political‑institutional, pedagogical project, organization, and work process, except for the infrastructure‑related aspects.
