Abstract

O intuito desta revisão é mencionar alguns aspectos referentes ao papel modulatório do endotélio no controle do tônus vascular via o óxido nítrico, bem como salientar a relevância das espécies reativas de oxigênio (EROs)como mediadores da disfunção vascular presente na hipertensão.
