Abstract

A penetração dos genéricos, nos países, varia fortemente de um país para outro. A indústria farmacêutica europeia evoluiu em um ambiente relativamente estável, porém com uma pressão especifica, no que tange ao incremento das despesas de saúde suportadas pelo governo, nos maiores mercados. Alemanha, frança, Itália e Reino Unido, apesar dos custos com medicamentos apresentarem pouco no total dos gastos com saúde, eles representam muito para a opinião publica.
