Abstract
A alimentação alternativa, no Brasil, é um termo genérico, referente a todo e qualquer tipo de alimento preparado de forma diferente da habitual, fugindo dos padrões alimentares tradicionais ou ao uso de produtos que não entrem na composição do cardápio diário de um determinado grupo populacional.
