CONSIDERAÇÕES SOBRE O PROCESSO DE DISSOLUÇÃO NA PREPARAÇÃO DE DISPERSÕES MOLECULARES
Abstract
As preparações farmacêuticas líquidas obtidas por dispersão molecular são características como sistemas físico-químicos monofosfáticos e termodinamicamente estáveis. Elas podem ser obtidas por dissolução simples, como as soluções simples, xaropes e elixires, ou por processos extrativos, como as soluções extrativas. Solução simples resulta da dissolução completa de uma ou mais substâncias químicas em solvente puro ou sistema solvente. Tinturas, extratos, decoctos e macerados são exemplos de soluções extrativas, pois resultam da dissolução parcial dos componentes de uma droga, principalmente de origem vegetal.
