Pharmaceutical Care is inserted into Clinical Pharmacy practice, consisting of nine pharmaceutical services for the patient, family, and community. The main objective of this study is to evaluate the students’ profi ciency in the Pharmaceutical Care course using pre and post-test questionnaires. The analysis is quantitative, descriptive, transversal, exploratory and a quasi-experimental investigation composed of pre-test and post-test. The dataset of 209 applicants was collected in the Pharmaceutical Care course, considered a short syllabus held between November 16th to December 5th, 2020, via pre-and post-test questionnaires, totaling 18 identical questions based on pharmaceutical services containing ten modules and 30 hours of course. The
analyzes were performed using Minitab 18.0 and SPSS 20 software. The data of the independent samples have shown higher post-test mean compared to pre-test, strong positive linear correlation, positive linear regression slip, demonstrating that the higher explanatory variables (education level and pre-test grade), the higher the post-test grades as response variable of the model. Besides, in DOE, considering the features of gender, previous knowledge, and education level, only the prior knowledge was signifi cant to the medians
and variances, regardless the gender and education level. Hence, the results showed the syllabus aggregated knowledge about `Pharmaceutical Care.
