ASPECTOS ATUAIS DA RESISTÊNCIA AOS ANTIFÚNGICOS AZÓLICOS E POLIÊNICOS
Abstract
Contrastado com o grande número de agentes antibacterianos, os agentes antifúngicos são em número bastante reduzido. As principais famílias de antifúngicos compreendem os poliênicos, os azólicos, tiocarbamatos, alilaminas, derivados morfolínicos e uma miscelânea de outros agentes que incluem a 5-clurocitosia e a griseofulvina. Inibidores da síntese de glucana e da síntese de quintina estão em acelerado desenvolvimento, mas ainda não disponíveis. Assim, a maior importância recai sobre os poliênicos, a 5-fluorocitosia e os azólicos (Alves et al, 1997; Ghannoum & Rice, 1999).Downloads
