The Residency program allows professionals to develop new knowledge with experiencein the practice of the service through the teaching-service-learning process. The objective of this article was to describe and discuss the performance of resident pharmacists in the activities of their professional and multi-professional team, composed of workers from Nursing, Physiotherapy, Nutrition, Social Work, Pharmacy, and Psychology in the lines of care of an Oncology Center. Different practice scenarios of the pharmaceutical resident in oncology make it possible to develop qualified training through practice in hospital and ambulatory services and integrating knowledge.
